Exhaust systems

High efficiency in neutralizing vapors with industrial safety and compliance with NR-12.

During galvanic processes, vaporization of the baths is an unavoidable consequence due to physical phenomena such as evaporation and boiling. These vapors need to be neutralized before being released into the environment. In these cases, local exhaust ventilation systems, popularly known as exhaust systems, are used. They work by capturing pollutants at the source and sending them to a packed tower, called a gas scrubber, where certain physical principles of mass transfer are applied through absorption and inertial impact between the vapors and an alkaline aqueous solution.
Eurogalvano do Brasil delivers integrated ventilation systems to its electroplating plants, as well as stand-alone systems. It employs several special accessories, such as a set of protective devices, complying with NR-12 standards, for chimney measurements, including a ladder and guardrails.
