Serpentines

Efficient and uniform thermal control with high chemical resistance.

Heating and cooling coils for baths, manufactured from metallic materials such as AISI 304 and AISI 316L stainless steel and titanium, and thermoplastic materials such as Teflon and PVDF hoses. They are generally fixed to the edge of the tank and to the side walls.

– Metallic Serpentines: Manufactured from the materials already mentioned, in 1″ diameter round tubes, bent into curves, and 3/4″ couplings for connecting the heat exchange fluid (chilled water, hot water or steam).

– Thermoplastic coilsIt has a manifold block for the inlet and another for the outlet of the heat exchange fluid, fixed to the edge of the tank. The hoses are positioned to maximize their contact area within the bath. The connections between the hoses and the manifold blocks are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, with a LOK type locking nut.
